In summer 2022 the KEM year report 2021 was sent with an accompanying letter to the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate. In the second half of 2022 KEM has been externally evaluated. In November this third year report, the KEM evaluation and panel recommendations were discussed between the chairman and the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate (E. Pijs) and State supervision of Mines (Th. Kockelkoren). Both authorities are satisfied with progress made by KEM and can agree with the KEM evaluation results. The Minister has sent a letter to the Parliament on the five year continuation (2023-2027) of KEM.
