Research questions, out of the scope of KEM

These research questions have been rejected due to various arguments:

• No reason to replace current practice; Seismicity & damage warning systems  (KEM-21, 2021), Data-driven models for seismicity in space, time (KEM-22, 2021) 
• Extra potential risks are introced: Advice outsourcing review Warmtestad QRA (KEM-12, 2019), Seismic risk reduction through fracture slip generation (KEM-23, 2019)
• Geo-information access question: Archiving tiltmeter datasets for research on vibration noise in buildings ((2023-d, 2023)
