KEM research begins with the formulation of research questions. These questions originate from various sources, including citizens, gevernments, knowledge institutions KGG and SodM. The KEM panel assesses these questions based on their scientific added value.
Some of these questions are pending and have not (yet) led to a KEM study. Others have been -- after serious consideration - been marked as out of of scope and will not be addressed by KEM.
